The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining phone etiquette. They will also play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Role Description&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Handle flight, hotel, car rental, and travel-related bookings using GDS and online booking tools.</li>
<li>Issue, reissue, and refund air tickets accurately and promptly.</li>
<li>Handle itinerary changes, cancellations and after-sales support&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with client travel policies and procedures&nbsp;</li>
<li>Liaise with airlines and suppliers to resolve booking issues&nbsp;</li>
<li>Respond to client inquiries via phone, email or system platforms in a professional manner.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Advise clients on travel options, schedules, fares, visa requirements, and travel policies.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support reporting requirements and administrative tasks as needed.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
