- Travel Consultant, Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
- Ability to provide excellent phone etiquette
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues

- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
- Willing to work in shift basis (including weekends)
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is a requirement as you will be communicating with colleagues/clients based overseas.
