Job Description

We are seeking a talented UI/UX & Graphic Designer to drive the end-to-end design of our digital products across web, mobile, and self-service platforms, while also supporting branding and marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Lead product design from research and concept to final execution 
• Conduct user research and translate insights into strong design solutions 
• Develop user journeys, task flows, low- to high-fidelity wireframes, and interactive prototypes to clearly communicate concepts and iterate quickly based on stakeholder and user feedback. 
• Create and maintain comprehensive design systems to support consistent and scalable product development. 
• Collaborate closely with product managers to clarify requirements and work with developers to bring designs to life. 
• Provide detailed specs, assets, and guidance throughout implementation. 
• Design marketing collateral, branding guidelines, and merchandise. 

Job Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-time experience as a UX/Interaction Designer for digital or web-based products (in-house experience strongly preferred). 
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, problem-solving, and execution for complex web or mobile products.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate effectively within agile development teams.
• Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and modern UX design tools (e.g., Figma). 
• Experience owning design projects from strategy and research through to final delivery. 
• Strong analytical mindset; able to use data, user insights, and research to guide decisions and measure outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; capable of articulating and defending design decisions clearly. 
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and UX best practices. 
• Experience with enterprise or B2B products is a strong advantage. 
• Ability to conduct lean, effective user research to inform product strategy and uncover actionable improvements. 

Working location: The Ascent, Paradigm PJ.
Working hours: Monday to Friday
