Job Description

  • Assist in social media content creation & scheduling (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn) 
  • Support marketing campaigns, ads & basic reporting
  • Design simple visuals using Canva
  • Handle admin tasks (data entry, filing, documentation)
  • Assist in recruitment coordination & candidate screening
  • Manage basic client enquiries & follow-ups
  • Support daily operations & ad-hoc tasks

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Admin, HR or related field
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiar with social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Tiktok, Threads and Facebook)
  • Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g. Canva and Capcut) is an advantage
