Job Description

Role Overview

This role supports the coordination and execution of internal HR, recruitment, training, and content-related projects. The intern will be responsible for tracking progress, maintaining documentation, and ensuring operational alignment across teams.This is not a purely administrative role. The intern will be exposed to business structuring, workflow management, and project execution.

 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Project Coordination & Tracking

  • Develop and maintain project trackers (Excel / Notion / Google Sheets)
  • Monitor deadlines and task progress across HR, recruitment, and marketing initiative 
  • Provide weekly status update summaries to management
  • Follow up with internal PIC to ensure timely completion
     

2️⃣ Recruitment Process Coordination

  • Manage candidate pipeline tracker
  • Assist in CV screening summary preparation 
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and documentation
  • Ensure recruitment workflow compliance
     

3️⃣ HR Operations Support

  • Assist with documentation and filing structure
  • Support onboarding and internal documentation preparation 
  • Organize employee records and SOP documentation
     

4️⃣ Content & Training Project Support

  • Track training deck development and publishing timeline
  • Coordinate content production flow (draft → review → publish)
  • Assist in preparing structured content materials when required

Job Requirements

  • Degree student (HR / Business / Management / Psychology or related field)
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital tools
  • Able to think structurally and manage multiple timelines
  • Good written communication (English & BM)
  • Proactive and comfortable following up with team members
