• Assist in shoot and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok)
• Write captions and copy across our social platforms
• Design social media posts, stories, and promotional graphics (Canva)
• Manage day-to-day posting schedules and community engagement
• Support brand campaigns, promotions, and new launches

Responsibilities

Content Production

• Assist in shoot short-form video content for Reels and TikTok using the provided gadget, capturing snackable moments that suit mobile viewing.
• Edit footage into polished, on-brand clips using tools like CapCut or VN so posts look crisp and shareable.

Social & Community Management

• Write clear, engaging captions in English and Malay that match each platform and campaign tone.
• Manage daily posting schedules and respond to comments and messages to keep our audience engaged.

Brand Support & Design

• Design social posts, stories, and promotional graphics with Canva or Adobe to support campaigns and new launches.
• Assist with promotions and product launches by producing timely creative assets and ad hoc content as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Communications, Media Studies, Creative Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Internship experience or a portfolio of social content is preferred but not required.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Comfortable writing in English and Malay for social media captions and short copy.
• Basic video shooting ability; a gadget will be provided for production.
• Creative editing skills using CapCut or similar mobile editing apps.
• Able to design using Canva (Bonus: Adobe tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere)
• Has an eye for aesthetics and a practical sense of what performs well on social platforms.
• Bonus: understanding of Tamil language and Malaysian Tamil culture.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• You communicate clearly, take feedback well, and work collaboratively with the team.
• You manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and stay organised during busy campaign periods.
