Job Description

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including document preparation and data entry. 
  • Issue SO work orders, Delivery Orders and Sales Invoice for all assigned account. 
  • Assist in checking and arrange stocks. 
  • Assist in accounts receivable (AR) and collection processes, ensuring timely follow-ups and reconciliations. 
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of financial and administrative transactions. 
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide professional customer service support. 
  • Undertake other ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
  • Knowledge of financial processes, invoicing, and AR collection is an added advantage.
  • Fluent in spoken and written in English and Malay.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 will be an advantage.
  • Computer literate.
  • Willing to travel.
