Job Description

• Create high-quality 3D and 2D multimedia content for digital platforms and interactive experiences.
• Develop 3D models, animations, and motion graphics using Blender and other relevant software.
• Design and implement 3D motion elements to enhance UI/UX interactions, digital experiences, and automotive interfaces.
• Assist in UI/UX-related 3D asset creation, including animated components for interactive applications.
• Optimize 3D and motion assets for web, mobile, and IHU applications to ensure performance efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with designers, product managers, and developers to integrate motion and 3D elements into projects.
• Explore and implement lightweight animation formats (e.g., GLB, Lottie, PAG, GIFs, Unity animations) for digital applications.
• Research and apply the latest trends in 3D motion design, and interactive multimedia to enhance project quality.
• Produce high-quality animated and static artwork within agreed deadlines using various software applications.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and Blender.
• Strong skills in 3D modeling, animation, and rendering using Blender or similar tools.
• Experience in 2D and 3D motion design principles (timing, easing, physics-based animation).
• Familiarity with Figma or other UI/UX design tools for motion-enhanced asset integration.
• Understanding of lighting, texturing, composition, and animation techniques in 3D design.
• Knowledge of PAG, Lottie animations, GIFs, and lightweight motion assets for web/mobile applications.
• Experience with real-time animation engines such as Unity is a plus.
• Ability to optimize animated and static assets for different platforms (web, mobile, IHU).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate within a team and apply feedback effectively.
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated on new tools, motion design techniques, industry trends, and advancements in the automotive industry.
