Job Description

1. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001 and CMMI) compliance by supporting the department in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and controls.
2. Assists departments with the coordination of audit information and recommends appropriate data-gathering mechanisms and procedures.
3. Maintains updated and accurate records of all relevant communications, audits, corrective action plans, and effectiveness monitoring.
4. Assist in the development of training materials and deliver training sessions to employees on ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 standards.
5. Control and maintain quality management system documents files including internal and external documents, keep all quality documents in coordination with team.

Job Requirements

1. A Malaysian student currently undertaking a bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration, Business Management, Operation Management, Industrial Technology Management, Engineering Technology and Technology Management.
2. December Intake, 4months - 6 months internship period.
3. An innovative, enthusiastic, energetic, resourceful, self-motivated attitude and strong interpersonal skills. 
4. Fluency in Mandarin language and good command in English language.
5. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
6. Active in co-curricular activities or programs in university.
7. Familiar with Microsoft Office suite, CANVA, and computer literacy. 
8. Mandarin speaker is preferred.
