 What You’ll Do

Join us in the fast-paced automotive industry where you’ll work hands-on with cutting-edge infotainment systems and play a vital role in improving customer experience. You will:

1. Assist in troubleshooting infotainment head unit issues — dive deep into real-world technical challenges.
2. Help prepare detailed issue reports and upload investigation data into the system.
3. Work closely with our aftersales team to resolve field-related or aftermarket concerns.
4. Retrieve and organize system logs, photos, and videos for in-depth technical analysis and root cause investigations.
5. Analysis on the data collected from after market and learning on how to make the data systematic.

  Who We’re Looking For

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic engineering students who want more than just a desk job. The ideal intern will:

• Be available for 5–6 months of internship.
• Have a foundation in engineering principles (automotive, electronics, software or related fields).
• Be proficient in both Malay and English and Mandarin is an advantage.
• Possess basic Excel skills for reporting and tracking.
• Enjoy problem-solving and investigating technical issues.
• Be a hands-on team player who enjoys being on the ground and learning from real-world scenarios.
