Job Description
- Auditing Support: Assist in gathering, organizing, and preparing financial documents for both internal and external audits.
- Financial Data Entry: Support data entry tasks using Excel spreadsheets and/or accounting software, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Assist the finance team with special projects involving financial analysis, data collection, and reporting as needed
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accountancy or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Pleasant disposition and warm personality
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
