Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Administration & Support:
• Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Monitor platform health, track system performance, and help troubleshoot routine IT or data integration issues.
• Handle tier-1 user support tickets, addressing stakeholder inquiries regarding platform navigation, report generation, and access issues.
• Data & Reporting Operations:
• Support the maintenance of reporting pipelines, performing routine data validation and quality assurance (QA) checks.
• Documentation & Governance:
• Draft, update, and organize standard operating procedures (SOPs), user manuals, and technical FAQs.
• Support compliance, security audits, and access reviews to protect sensitive multi-stakeholder data.
• Collaboration:
• Coordinate with internal teams and assist in communicating platform updates and/or maintenance schedules to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Foundations:
• Familiarity with database concepts and basic SQL.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms ([e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP]), SaaS administration, or IT service management tools ([e.g., Jira, ServiceNow]).
• Experience in cybersecurity and reporting tools are a strong plus.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (BM & BI)
