Job Description

1. Assist with stock in/out entries and inventory record updates.
2. Conduct physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
3. Support verification, collection, and tracking of defective units (IHU).
4. Assist in coordinating supplier reimbursement claims and documentation.
5. Document reports from customer-reported issues and maintain accurate records.
6. Help review, update, and suggest improvements to departmental SOPs and workflows.
7. Generate reports and perform simple data analysis to support departmental monitoring and decision-making.
8. Identify repetitive or manual tasks and assist with minor automation or system improvements (Excel, Power BI, or inventory systems).
9. Support supplier interaction by tracking pending claims, following up on approvals, and maintaining a supplier response tracker.

Job Requirements

1. Strong attention to detail, particularly in documentation and record management.
2. Basic understanding of inventory management, defective unit handling, and supply chain principles.
3. Foundational knowledge of operational workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), with an interest in process improvement.
4. Ability to document, organize, and summarize operational data accurately.
5. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power BI) and willingness to learn system tools such as Salesforce.
6. Good communication and coordination skills when working with internal teams and suppliers.
7. Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude in supporting operational tasks.
8. Interest in data reporting, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency.
