Job Description

Key Intern Projects & Tasks:

1. CMMI Re-Appraisal: Assist with consultant proposals, compile project evidence alongside the PMO, and coordinate schedules between consultants and internal teams.
2. ISO Compliance: Support the planning and coordination of annual internal audits and external surveillance audits for ISO 9001 (QMS) and ISO 27001 (ISMS).

Impact: Delegating these heavy documentation and scheduling tasks to interns will allow the core team to focus on strategic audit execution and prevent operational bottlenecks.

Internal Business Process

1. Drive 2027 CMMI Re-Appraisal readiness by actively compiling project work product evidence, structuring documentation arrangements, and maintaining the key checklist completion monitoring.
2. Lead the implementation of ISO standards with clear policies, efficient processes, and strong controls.
3. Work with teams to improve audit processes, making data collection easier and more efficient.
4. Keep organized and accurate records of communications, audits, corrective actions, and performance updates.
5. Manage all ISO documents to ensure they are accurate, accessible, and well-organized.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree students in Business Administration, Business Management, Operation Management, Industrial Technology Management, Engineering Technology and Technology Management or related fields. 
2. An innovative, enthusiastic, energetic, resourceful, self-motivated attitude and strong interpersonal skills. 
3. Proficient in English with a strong command of the Mandarin language
4. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
5. Active in co-curricular activities or programs in the university.
6. Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and computer literacy.
