Job Description

Project Planning:

•  Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules.
•  Help create and maintain project documentation. 
•  Translation work for document is required from Chinese to English and vice versa.

Communication and Coordination:

•  Participate in project meetings and document meeting minutes and action items.
•  Translation work is required from Chinese to English and vice versa.
•  Communicate project updates, milestones, and issues to team members.
•  Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.

Progress Tracking:

•  Help track project progress against milestones and deliverables.
•  Collect data and generate reports on project status.

Learning & Development:

•  Take initiative to learn about project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
•  Seek feedback from project managers and mentors to improve skills and performance.

Additional Support:

•  Provide administrative support to project managers, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing project files.
•  Assist in other project-related tasks assigned by supervisors or team members, such as software testing and log catching.

Job Requirements

•  Currently pursuing Bachelor degree holder in Engineering / Technology Information or a related field. 
• Minimum 5 - 6 months internship period.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to details & Good analytical thinking.
