Job Description

•    Create engaging motion graphics and animations for UI interactions, IHU, and mobile applications.
•  Design and prototype micro-interactions, animated transitions, and motion effects to enhance user experience.
•  Develop animated UI components for IHU and mobile applications using Adobe After Effects and Figma.
•  Optimize motion assets for various screen sizes, platforms, and performance efficiency.
•  Work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to integrate motion seamlessly into design systems.
•  Explore and implement Adobe AE, PAG, Lottie animations, and other lightweight animation formats for development.
•  Assist in designing user interfaces for digital products, ensuring seamless interaction and accessibility.
•  Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups using Figma.
•  Develop and maintain motion-enhanced design systems for consistency across projects.
•  Conduct usability testing and apply feedback to refine motion-enhanced UI components. 

Job Requirements

•  Product Design, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Web Design or related course
•  Strong foundation in motion design principles (timing, easing, and transitions).
•  Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Figma.
•  Knowledge of PAG, Lottie animations, GIFs, and lightweight motion assets for web/mobile.
•  Understanding of UI/UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
•  Ability to prototype animated interactions and translate them into functional UI designs.
•  Awareness of accessibility standards related to motion in UI.
•  Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  
•  Ability to collaborate within a team and accept constructive feedback.
•  Eagerness to learn and stay updated on motion and UI/UX trends, including innovations in the automotive industry.
