Ready to start a practical finance experience where you actually learn by doing? We are ACP AGENCY SDN BHD, looking for energetic and motivated university students to join our internship program. 

This program is designed to provide interns with practical exposure to business development, marketing, financial services, communication, customer engagement, event management and teamwork.

Interns will participate in structured training, real-world business activities and project-based assignments under the guidance of experienced mentors.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

• Attend Daily Business Learning Session from 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM, Monday to Friday, including business sharing, market updates, training and team discussions.
• Participate in structured onboarding and training covering financial planning, insurance fundamentals, product knowledge, customer needs analysis and professional development.
• Assist in business development activities, including market research, customer segmentation and identifying potential business opportunities.
• Participate in customer engagement activities and learn how to conduct professional conversations, needs analysis, presentations and follow-up.
• Assist in digital marketing and content creation, including social media content, articles, short videos and educational content related to financial awareness and internship experiences.
• Conduct market and competitor research and prepare simple product or market comparison presentations.
• Participate in corporate visits, industry exposure programs and field learning activities.
• Assist in planning and organizing recruitment events, sports activities, networking sessions, workshops and team-building activities.
• Participate in assigned group projects, case studies and presentations to develop problem-solving, teamwork and leadership skills.
• Work alongside mentors during selected field activities to understand real-life customer scenarios and business processes.
• Build professional networking and communication skills through structured outreach and engagement activities.
• Complete weekly assignments and maintain a record/reflection of internship activities and learning outcomes.
• Present learning outcomes, project results and personal development progress throughout the internship program.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
• No prior work experience required, suitable for fresh graduates or students seeking practical exposure.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic Microsoft Excel skills, including data entry and simple formulas.
• Familiarity with preparing simple reports and organising documents.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communication, both written and spoken, and a client-first attitude.
• Good attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work within a small team environment.
