KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

5.0 Strategic Planning & Execution

7.0 Performance Monitoring & Reporting
7.1 Review workloads, workforce capacity, and productivity metrics regularly.
7.2 Monitor departmental KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve overall operational
performance.
7.3 Prepare and present reports on operational health, resource utilization, quality performance, and
team productivity to senior leadership.
7.4 Benchmark operational performance against industry standards and best practices to drive
continuous improvement.
7.5 Track progress on operational initiatives and improvement projects, ensuring accountability and
timely completion.
8.0 Risk Management & Crisis Response
8.1 Proactively identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans.
8.2 Lead the response to disruptions such as supply chain interruptions, labor shortages, or equipment
failure.
8.3 Ensure contingency plans are in place for critical business functions.
8.4 Conduct risk assessments, scenario planning and impact analyses to anticipate potential
challenges.
8.5 Establish clear protocols for incident reporting, escalation and resolution across departments.
9.0 Anti-Bribery Compliance
9.1 Comply to anti-bribery & corruption management system.
9.2 Communicate to department employee the importance of compliance to anti-bribery and corruption management.

(a) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering,
Logistics or a related field.
(b) A Master’s degree (MBA) is a plus, especially in large or strategic roles.
(c) 5–10 years of progressive experience in operations with at least 3+ years in a supervisory or
managerial role.
(d) Experience in industries such as manufacturing, construction, logistics, supply chain, or
services is preferred.
(e) Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is an
advantage.
(f) Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards, including health, safety, environmental, and
quality frameworks.
