JOB PURPOSE
The PT Engineer is responsible for ensuring the successful technical execution of post-tensioning works by coordinating engineering activities, implementing design specifications, monitoring quality, and supporting project planning and delivery. The role acts as a bridge between project management, contractors, consultants, and site personnel, providing guidance, resolving technical challenges, managing risks, and promoting cost-effective, timely, and compliant project completion.
Key Responsibilities
a) Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
b) Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in construction project execution and engineering. Fresh graduate welcoming to apply.
c) Knowledge on Drafting Tools ACAD, Microsoft Office is preferred.
d) Willing to learn and understand of construction methods, Shop drawings, Material submissions, project technical submission.
e) Have experience in reviewing and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and contracts is preferred.
f) Prior exposure to procurement processes, material approvals, and vendor evaluation is an advantage
g) Demonstrated ability to analyze risks, solve technical problems, and implement process improvements.
