Job Purpose:
The PT Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day on-site supervision of post-tensioning construction activities, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and to required quality standards. This role oversees Acre Works’ workforce, PT machinery, equipment, and subcontractors, while coordinating closely with the PT Superintendent to maintain smooth project progress.
Key Responsibilities:
a) Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
b) Minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure construction projects (post-tensioning).
c) Sound knowledge of method statements, construction sequencing, and site safety
d) Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
e) Strong coordination and leadership skills on site
f) Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
g) Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of workers.
h) Experience in operating or coordinating heavy machinery/equipment is a plus.
i) Good communication and interpersonal skills.
j) Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
k) Valid driver's license
