JOB PURPOSE
The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for managing and coordinating all technical, engineering, and operational aspects of construction projects to ensure successful delivery within budget, schedule, and quality standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.0 Project Planning & Execution
1.1 Support the Project Manager in developing detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
1.2 Ensure technical execution aligns with project designs, specifications, and client requirements.
1.3 Monitor project progress and provide updates to management on schedule, quality, and risks.
1.4 Assist in coordinating multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.

a) Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering discipline.
b) Master’s degree or MBA in Engineering Management, Construction Management, or a related field is a plus.
c) Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PE (Professional Engineer), or equivalent is highly desirable.
d) Additional certifications in quality management, safety (NEBOSH/OSHA), or construction management are advantageous.
e) Minimum of 8–12 years of experience in construction project engineering or related roles.
f) Proven track record in managing large-scale or complex construction projects from planning to execution.
g) Experience in design review, site supervision, technical coordination, and project reporting.
h) Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
