JOB PURPOSE
The Site Engineer is responsible for the technical execution of construction projects by coordinating engineering activities, implementing design specifications, supporting project planning, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with design, regulatory, and client requirements while fostering collaboration and quality across multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
a) Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
b) Minimum 0-1 years of relevant experience in construction project execution and engineering.
c) Knowledge on Drafting Tools ACAD is preferred.
d) Strong understanding of construction methods, Shop drawings, Material submissions.
e) Knowledge on project planning, scheduling, and resource management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
f) Familiarity with quality assurance, safety standards, and regulatory compliance in construction projects.
g) Experience in reviewing and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.
h) Prior exposure to procurement processes, material approvals, and vendor evaluation is an advantage
i) Demonstrated ability to analyze risks, solve technical problems, and implement process improvements.
j) Excellent written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
