Who We’re Looking For:

As the Digital Experience Project Manager, you will spearhead the development and execution of our game-based marketing projects. Reporting to the Digital Director, you will work closely with brand clients and lead internal teams, ensuring the seamless and timely delivery of engaging gamified experiences that meet marketing objectives and elevate brand engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

Leadership:

  • Build strong relationships with both clients and internal teams through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solve problems and think critically to overcome challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Lead and manage gamification projects from concept to launch, ensuring objectives are met on time and within scope.
  • Manage team resources, monitor progression, and foster team growth by providing guidance, support, and performance reviews to ensure team engagement and motivation.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in gamification, digital marketing, and engagement strategies to identify growth opportunities.

Client Management:

  • Act as the primary client contact, building strong relationships by understanding their marketing needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Developer, and QA) to create gamified solutions that align with the client’s vision.
  • Analyse campaign performance and present regular reports to clients, offering key insights and recommendations for optimization.

Project Management:

  • Demonstrate strong project management skills: time management, organisation, and the flexibility to adapt to changes quickly.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify improvements and promote continuous learning.
  • Prepare and present presentation decks and post-campaign reports.
  • Manage simultaneous gamification projects across multiple countries, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or a related role, with a focus on gamification, digital marketing, or interactive game development.

Cross-Functional Teams:

  • Proven experience working with developers, designers, copywriters, and marketers.

Technical Expertise:

  • Experience with game development tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles in gamification design.

After-Hours Support

  • As we work with clients from various regions and timezones, willingness and availability for on-call support outside regular working hours (which may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays) when the need arises.

Project Lifecycle Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in managing full project lifecycles, from pitch to go-live, including web, mobile, app, and HTML5-based digital executions.

Passion for Gaming:

  • Deep interest in gaming and digital engagement, with a focus on how gamification can drive customer engagement.

Agency Experience

  • Prior experience working in an agency or with large brand clients is preferred.
