We operate a 24x7 contact centre, providing assistance related to medical, travel, roadside, health and lifestyle. Together as a group, we have more than 250 dynamic and awesome team members. Gearing towards being an emergency assistance provider, AAA is responsible to ensure optimum response performance, resource availability and top service quality to its members. With this objective in mind, AAA has invested in its own fleet of ground ambulances. AAA now has a fleet of 5 ambulances with a team of highly trained paramedics, operating throughout Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore.
