Job Description

• Develop new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on sales enquiries.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.
• Conduct customer visits and presentations to promote the company's products.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
• Report to Sales Director

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Candidates with sales experience in industrial products or chemicals will have an added advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Possess own vehicle, a valid driving licence and be willing to travel for customer visits.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training and product knowledge will be provided.
