<li>Customer &amp; Sales Team Assistance:</li>

<li>Act as the main contact for routine customer questions and follow-ups through phone, email, and instant messaging.</li>
<li>Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Director and other sales team members.</li>
<li>Help in drafting sales quotes, proposals, and presentations.</li>
<li>Address common customer issues and assist in problem-solving, escalating more complex matters to the relevant sales personnel or manager.</li>
</ul>
<li>Relationship Development:</li>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with the logistics team to monitor shipments and keep customers informed about delivery progress.</li>
<li>Occasionally participate in joint customer visits with sales representatives to gain a deeper understanding of client needs and foster relationships.</li>
</ul>
