&nbsp;Role Overview We’re looking for a talented Content Creator to join our team. You’ll be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and scheduling content across multiple brand channels. Key Responsibilities
Content Planning:
<ul>
<li>Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns.</li>
<li>Research trends, audience insights, and competitor activity to generate fresh ideas.</li>
</ul>
Production &amp; Shooting:
<ul>
<li>Coordinate shoots end-to-end, including scripting, storyboarding, and setup.</li>
<li>Operate cameras and basic lighting setups to shoot content such as commercial product photography, videos, and other brand-related visuals. Prior hands-on experience with camera and lighting equipment is required.</li>
</ul>
Post-Production &amp; Editing:
<ul>
<li>Edit raw footage into polished videos for social media and digital ads (CapCut or equivalent).</li>
<li>Retouch and colour-grade images to align with brand guidelines (Lightroom, Photoshop).</li>
</ul>
Content Scheduling &amp; Reporting:
<ul>
<li>Manage publishing schedules for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (XHS).</li>
<li>Monitor performance metrics and recommend optimisation strategies.</li>
</ul>
