Job Description

We are looking for a full time Sales Assistant to take care of our retail store operation at 1 Utama Shopping Centre. 

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily operation of retail store including sales, opening and closing
• Identify customers need and provide product informaiton
• Advise customers with product quality and trend
• Ensure customers satisfaction and great shopping experience
• Stocktake and inventory management, provide sales trend insights to management
• Support sales event or campaign
• Maintain retail store good image, keep clean and tidy
• Update new item in outlet with exact and proper visual

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail fashion or related role
• Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent
• Good communication skills, preferably candidate with good command in English and Malay. Ability to converse in Chinese is an added advantage 
• Organisational skills
• Customer Service Excellence (Friendly & Professional demeanor with customer service skill)
