Job Description

 Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy and Plan

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to support brand visibility and business growth.

Digital Marketing

  • Support e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives including online campaigns, content creation, lead generation, and customer engagement activities.

Content & Social Media

  • Manage social media, email marketing, website updates, and digital advertising activities to improve online presence and campaign performance.

Marketing Events & Activities

  • Coordinate participation in exhibitions, events, conferences, and other marketing activities.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify business opportunities and market trends.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and prepare reports to support decision-making.

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to support product launches, campaigns, and commercial initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing or others related role. Agency background is highly preferred.
  • Experience in managing premium lifestyle goods, or retail brands. Experience navigating both B2C digital commerce and B2B retail distribution is highly recommended.
  • A good sense for contemporary design, premium visual storytelling, clean typography, and modern art direction.
  • Familiar with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Proficient in performance metrics and data. Comfortable leveraging modern AI tools and automated workflows to optimise creative asset production.
  • Strong communication skills, strong stakeholder management capabilities.
