Job Description

1. Build, manage, troubleshoot, and optimize Shopify storefronts across multiple markets, ensuring fast load times, intuitive user experience, and SEO-friendly content
2. Integrate, manage, and optimize Shopify apps, including payment gateways, logistics, marketing tools, and other third-party solutions
3. Monitor and analyze site performance, identifying issues and improvement opportunities, and report findings to the relevant team
4. Manage product uploads, pricing, collections, inventory, and promotional campaigns
5. Ensure all website content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand guidelines and campaign execution
6. Oversee day-to-day Shopify operations, including store configuration and performance monitoring
7. Analyze Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, and customer behavior data to refine store performance and content strategies
8. Implement SEO and website optimization best practices to improve visibility and conversion
9. Work with developers, freelancers, or external vendors when required to support technical or design enhancements
10. Stay up to date with Shopify platform updates, ecommerce trends, and international digital marketing best practices
11. Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

1. 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Shopify websites
2. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, IT or a related field
3. Strong understanding of Shopify admin, themes, and apps
4. Practical knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus (not mandatory)
5. Familiar with eCommerce best practices (UX, CRO, SEO basics)
6. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
7. Experience with Google Analytics or similar tools is an advantage
