Job Title: Executive Assistant cum Admin
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Working Arrangement: Hybrid

We are looking for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant cum Admin to support our CEO and COO and ensure smooth daily operations of the office. This role combines executive support, office administration, and basic HR functions, offering a unique opportunity to work closely with leadership while contributing to a positive workplace environment. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, discreet, and eager to grow within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment

Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support to the CEO, including scheduling, meeting preparation, travel arrangements, and follow-ups.
  • Assist with coordination and follow-ups on board-level responsibilities.
  • Handle general office administration, including filing, documentation, correspondence, and asset management.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management for seamless office operations.
  • Assist with HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and leave management.
  • Support payroll preparation, budget tracking, commission matters, and attendance reporting.
  • Help plan staff activities, internal events, and engagement initiatives.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and provide support across departments.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to liaise with clients
