We are looking for a passionate and creative Senior Social Media Executive to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will manage internal and client-facing social media accounts, drive engagement through innovative campaigns, and turn industry trends into impactful content strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to Web3 narratives, events, and communities.
• Manage the agency’s and clients’ accounts with consistent tone and branding.
• Create engaging multimedia content, including posts, videos, memes, and live coverage.
• Stay ahead of Web3 and blockchain trends to leverage real-time opportunities.
• Lead campaign planning from concept to execution, including AMAs and live events.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to optimize reach and engagement.
• Manage community interactions, building strong relationships across platforms (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).

Job Requirements

• Strong storytelling skills with a flair for copywriting, memes, and gamified content.
• Ability to spot trends and spark community conversations.
• Skilled in managing multiple accounts, campaigns, and deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and refining strategies.
• Flexible and adaptable to fast-moving digital and Web3 narratives.
• Knowledge of Web3 or digital industries is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms will be a plus.
