Job Description

  • Working closely with our in-country partners, you’ll be maintaining great relationships and processes to ensure that client payrolls are delivered on time and accurately
  • You’ll also be end to end processing Singapore and Hong Kong payrolls
  • You’ll be coordinating and controlling data flows and exchanges, as per the agreed payroll calendar, setting up new clients and being the focal point for any queries 
  • Ensuring systems and tools are up-to-date and accurate, you’ll be preparing payroll calendars, checklists and data sheets, and ensuring we have the most up-to-date information 
  • You’ll coordinate and host client calls to ensure that our service delivery is on track and that we are able to identify any opportunities for improvements
  • You’ll also prepare monthly governance reports by client and by country, ensuring that all monthly paperwork is completed accurately and on time 

  • Job Requirements

  • Experience in Singapore and Hong Kong payroll delivery preferred
  • Passion for numbers with some experience in either a payroll position, or from another financial background
  • As this role will interact with clients and partners across the APAC region, having additional language skills would be really advantageous but is not a requirement 
  • An unusually high attention to detail and a persistent problem solver
  • Organised and structured approach to your work
  • Really good with systems, data bases and software packages 
  • Naturally good communication skills, and great builder of relationships
