Job Description
1) Assist in updating and maintaining the HRIS system.
2) Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of employee records.
3) Support HRIS reporting and help generate basic reports as needed.
4) Provide first-level support for system-related inquiries from employees.
5) Help with system testing and implementation of updates or new features.
6) Assist in documenting processes and creating simple user guides.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Human Resources and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g., formulas, PivotTables, data cleaning).
- Basic knowledge of databases, data management, or HR systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Prior internship, project experience, or familiarity with HRIS platforms (such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or BambooHR) is a plus.
