Job Description

As the Business Developer, your role is to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities for AdAsia (M) Sdn Bhd. You will play a key role in expanding the company’s client base, building partnerships, and driving revenue growth across creative, advertising, and media segments.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Drive new business development by identifying potential clients, partnerships, and project opportunities.
•  Represent AdAsia in client meetings, presentations, and industry events to promote the company’s capabilities and services.
•  Develop, prepare, and present proposals or pitch decks that address client needs and showcase the agency’s creative and advertising solutions.
•  Work closely with the creative and media teams to ensure proposals are well-aligned with client objectives and deliverables.
•  Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and client information.
•  Negotiate and monitor contracts with clients and vendors to ensure fair pricing, beneficial terms, and long-term relationships.
•  Support marketing efforts and collaborate with the internal team to build brand visibility and awareness.
•  Prepare sales reports and business development performance updates for your superior.

Job Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

•  0 to 3 years’ experience in business development, advertising, media, or related industries.
•  Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Mass Communications, or Sales.
•  Ability to plan, strategize, and implement effective client acquisition and partnership initiatives.
•  Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
•  Self-driven, persuasive, and results-oriented with a passion for business growth.
•  Professional, well-organized, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
•  Good character and willingness to learn & adapt
