Job Title: Customer Support Specialist - Mandarin Speaker
Location: KL Eco City (Hybrid after confirmation)
Reporting To: Customer Support Supervisor
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 3pm - 12am (Night Shift) 

  • Tentative Rotational Basis based on Business Needs 
  •  Occasional 1-day weekend shifts (off days will be Thursday/Friday) 

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Specialist (Mandarin Speaking) to provide exceptional service to our client in China. This role is responsible for handling client inquiries efficiently, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a seamless trading experience while adhering to internal policies and regulatory standards. 


Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Mandarin-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. 
  • Assist clients with account setup, inquiries, and technical issues related to our platforms. 
  • Resolve client issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive experience. 
  • Educate clients on our client's products, services, and processes to enhance their experience. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate client issues when necessary. 
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in a relevant position in the Finance industry will be considered an advantage
  • Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel)
  • University / College Degree in Business / Economics / Finance or any relevant field
  • Experience in a client facing position will be considered an advantage
  • Fluent verbal and written English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Ability to work 3pm - 12am Monday - Friday (Shift)
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
