Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Support Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) for our Malaysia office at Addex, servicing a well-established global CFD broker offering trading across Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks, and Cryptocurrencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients via email, and live chat (1-2x a week assist clients through phone call)
- Resolve client issues and provide clear guidance on trading platforms.
- Educate clients about our products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client support.
Job Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Native or near-native Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus) and fluent in English.
- Customer-facing experience is preferred, but prior financial services experience is not required.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team spirit.
