Job Title: Office & HR Administrator
Location: KL Eco City (On-site)
Reporting To: HR Manager
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (On-site)

About the Role:


We are seeking an organized and proactive Office & HR Administrator to ensure smooth daily operations of our Malaysia office while supporting HR initiatives across the APAC region. This role is key to maintaining a functional, safe, and efficient workplace and enhancing employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including cleanliness, equipment, furniture, and vendor coordination (cleaners, pantry, IT, catering, etc.).
  • Serve as the main contact for external stakeholders such as building management, landlords, courier services, and event vendors.
  • Support onboarding logistics, internal communications, and maintain administrative records and trackers.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Assist with payroll, claims processing, and reporting.
  • Provide support for APAC HR operations, including LMS coordination, laptop procurement, travel arrangements, and wellness benefits administration.
  • Perform operational runner duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in administration, executive assistant, or office management roles.
  • Proficiency in BambooHR, Jira, LinkedIn, or similar systems is a bonus.
  • Fluency in English is a must (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to contribute to an active and engaging on-site workplace.
