Ready to be the dependable face of last-mile delivery in KL and Selangor? We invite you to join our team, working with us at ADS International Express, a local logistics and courier company that handles parcels, documents and airfreight across the region. We focus on punctual, careful service that protects customer goods and keeps business operations running smoothly.

As a Van / Lorry Driver Courier you keep our delivery chain running every day. You will complete scheduled pickups and deliveries, ensure items are signed for and remain in good condition, and return undeliverable items to base at the end of your shift. 

Daily vehicle care and accurate records are part of the role: check fuel, engine and fluid levels, tyre pressure, record meter readings and report any faults promptly. You will make immediate reports to management and the authorities if an accident or loss occurs, and ensure the vehicle is parked and kept clean in assigned bays. This full-time contract role is based in USJ, Subang Jaya and covers routes across KL and Selangor; fresh and entry level applicants with valid GDL licences and a clean driving record are welcome to apply.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

• Attend to Pick Up or Delivery requests of documents or parcels promptly and correctly as assigned by Manager.
• Ensure received items are acknowledged and signed for accordingly.
• Ensure items are picked up and delivered safely and in original good condition.
• Hand over undelivered/undeliverable items to the base station at end of working day.
• Collect cash/cheques/vouchers for C.O.D items when required.
• Perform ad hoc despatch work or cheque collection when required.
• Assist in photocopying and printing requirements for Departments/Units when required.
• Prepare regular reports for claims submission.
• Assist in any other tasks assigned by Management.

Additional for Van Courier

• Check assigned vehicle daily (fuel, engine oil, radiator water, battery water, brakes and fluid levels, tyre pressure) and report irregularities (damages, faults).
• Ensure vehicle is parked in assigned parking lots and kept clean.
• Record vehicle usage and meter reading in Vehicle log book daily after use.
• Make police reports on loss of items or traffic accidents involving the assigned vehicle and report immediately to Manager.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates / entry level applicants encouraged to apply.
• At least 1 year of working experience in related field preferred.
• Preferably possess own motorbike (for Despatch Rider role).
• Must possess valid driving license (B2 and/or D) and GDL with clean traffic record.
• Familiar with routes within Klang Valley.
• Age between 25 - 45 years.
• Healthy with excellent eyesight.
• Mature, honest, responsible and punctual.
• Ability to speak and write in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Experience in logistics/courier industry is an added advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to work in USJ.
• Full-time position only.
