Job Description

• Assist in daily accounting operations, including data entry, invoicing, billing, and payment processing.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and documentation.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Support month-end closing, bank reconciliation, and audit processes.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions in the accounting system.
• Communicate with internal departments, suppliers, and customers on payment or billing matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (e.g., AP/AR, bookkeeping, invoicing).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work with accounting software is an added advantage (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, QuickBooks).

• Internship Duration
