Job Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

•  Provide support to AE/ SAE team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
• Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support to debug software
• Organize and maintain IT resources
• Provide support and guidance of using specific applications to customer
• Assist in PC assembling if needed.
• Creating demonstration kit inclusive of sales tools, development program and interactive presentations for business use.
• Any ad hoc tasks assigned to you by management from time to time.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Mechatronics, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or relevant field
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and engage in hands-on technical tasks
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Required language(s): English in both speaking and writing
