Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

Brand Management:

  • Develop and strengthen the company’s digital brand presence to enhance overall brand image and reputation.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all online marketing channels.

Digital Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute online marketing activities, including website content, social media, email campaigns, online advertising and mobile marketing.
  • Manage PPC campaigns on Google and social media platforms.
  • Formulate and implement online marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify target audiences and develop campaigns that resonate with them.
  • Work out promotional campaigns, webinar planning and execution to support sales team.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Use web analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of online marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights to optimize strategies. 

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Utilize CRM systems to manage customer data and personalize marketing efforts.
  • Implement strategies for customer retention and loyalty.

Adaptation to Trends:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in consumer behavior.
  • Continuously adapt marketing strategies to reflect market dynamics.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 5-years of experiences in the relevant field, with significant experience leading successful campaigns across multiple markets.
  • Proven results in growing brand awareness, lead generation, and sales through digital and social media channels.
  • Proficient in Marketing Tools such as Canvas, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Google Ads, demand generation and inbound marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
  • Candidate(s) must be willing to work in Perai Area.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin (added advantage).

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and advanced analytics techniques.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
