Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry - Key in, update and generate delivery orders, invoices, purchase orders, customer records, supplier records, and internal tracking sheets accurately. 

Filing & Documentation - Maintain proper physical and digital filing for invoices, DO, PO, quotations, receipts, supplier documents, and customer records. 

Office Admin - Handle general office duties such as printing, scanning, photocopying, stationery tracking, courier arrangement, and office supplies. 

Your Role Percentage:

70% Documentation and Data Entry Works 

25% Office Admin Works

5% HR Works


Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Email, and document handling. 
  • Responsible, Careful, Organized, and willing to learn. 
  • Able to communicate clearly with team members, suppliers, and customers. 
  • Admin experience will be an advantage.
  • Able to follow up with tasks unitl completed. 
  • Good Level of Speaking & Writing in English, Malay is a must. Chinese will be an advantage. 


Right to Work Requirements

  • Candidates with an existing right to work in the country are preferred
    • Local citizens of this country
    • Permanent residents (PR) of this country
    • Candidates who already have a work permit for this country

Working Arrangement

  • Hybrid (Both Remote and On Site)
