<li>Lead the execution of marketing activities for the assigned portfolio to achieve growth opportunities, market share and profit objectives in line with the overall commercial priorities.</li>
<li>In charge of planning and implementing brand activation strategies and integrating retail marketing plans with overall brand positioning.</li>
<li>Create impactful marketing and trade marketing materials such as point-of-sale materials, merchandising displays, and sales presentations.</li>
<li>Supervise and ensure the smooth execution of all brand activation planning, retail installation and implementation across all touchpoints.  Build strong relationships with product team, sales team and trade partners to ensure effective execution of channel initiatives.</li>
<li>Conduct regular market visits and engage in fieldwork to gather feedback, identify challenges, and align strategies with market realities.</li>
<li>Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of current retail marketing initiatives through tracking and analysis with the aim to optimize cost spending.</li>
<li>Build advocacy and enhance awareness amongst AEON Credit Employees through Internal Marketing funnels.</li>
<li>Manage department’s A&amp;P expenses tracking &amp; processing of PO and/or invoices as well as ensuring full compliance to procurement processes, campaign fulfilment requirements, campaign expense controls, and other audit/regulatory obligations. </li>
