Job Description

• Assist in planning and coordinating projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline and budget. 
• Develop, track and maintain project schedules, milestones and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors and stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, safety standards and regulatory requirements. 
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and stakeholders.
• Assist in resource allocation and manage project documentation effectively.
• Plan, coordinate and execute construction and renovation projects. Ensure timely deliver, within scope and on budget.
• Ability to manage and deliver projects from inception to completion and familiarity with detailed design, M&E drawings and BQ document.
• Prepare project schedules, allocate resources and track progress against established timelines.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors and consultants to ensure adherence to quality, brand standards and contractual terms.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to address project challenges.
• Oversee compliance with safety, regulatory and environmental standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, Engineering, Design, or relevant fields.
• Have at least 3-4 years working experience in Project Management and preferably in financial institution or retail industry. 
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g. MS, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up).
• Strong understanding of construction processes and regulatory compliances standards.
• High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
• Attention to detail and adaptability skills.
