Job Description

  

  • To ensure sales operations are functioning well. 
  • To understand the roles and responsibilities of each unit under his supervision.
  • To ensure effective & efficient sales operation in order to obtain maximum return on company investment with sales target achievement. 

    

Principle Responsibilities & duties

  • To ensure confidentiality, integrity & availability of all AEON’s information assets are protected. 
  • To report promptly any breach of law, regulation, the company’s code of conduct or other company policies and guidelines to immediate superior.
  • To promote environmental preservation awareness and to participate in AEON environmental management activities.
  • To understand each department standardization operation procedure & manage the compliance.
  • To plan & present department’s 6 months planning in advance & continuously update 6 months planning on monthly basis.
  • To responsible the achievement of sales target & to be profit-oriented.
  • To strategize, implement and carry out the action plan accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance of guidelines and operational procedures.
  • Marketing and focus on business expansion.
  • Propose and implements policies and procedures that will be improve service & job quality.

Job Requirements

  

  • Diploma/Bachelors Degree/ Post graduated Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration

  

Knowledges, skills and abilities required.

  • Knowledge of PC and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Lesson planning skills to plan lessons by incorporating the key elements systematically.
  • Communication skills to communicate well to all level of management.
  • Speaking skills to speak in an organized way in English and Bahasa Malaysia, other language is added advantage.
  • Listening skills to empathize and listen to other person’s ideas during counseling session. 
  • Persuasion skills in order to move others into positive action, attitudes and behavior. 
  • Ability to handle & manage stress.
