Job Description
- To supervise team in sell/promote Credit Cards & Aeon Member Plus Card product.
- To assist manager to plan marketing strategies, campaign and key initiatives for direct sales team.
- To ensure DS budget are met and responsible in ensuring region to be profit-oriented.
- To assist manager to recruit DS team and involve in recruitment process of direct sales staff.
- To monitor and review the team sales productivity and progress.
- To conduct post-mortem review on direct sales tam past strategies and campaign.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree preferably in Marketing or in a related field
- 3-4 years direct experience in Direct Sales Team.
- Capable of working independently and in a team, flexibility to work in
fast-paced, lean environment
- Proven track record of developing and coaching high performance
sales terms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Mature thinking
