Job Description

  •    Analyze Credit Card portfolios to strategize an action plan to increase card activation, active ratio and credit limit utilization 
  •  Design and implement initiatives including marketing campaigns and system enhancement to maximize portfolio growth, profitability and improve customer experience. 
  •  Review current processes or portfolio product/activities and propose possible processes or improvement for better customer experience 
  •  Managing the Portfolio team including preparing report performance of Credit Card portfolio growth and profitability to ensure consistency with company direction and target 
  •  Post campaign analysis and monitoring to measure the effectiveness of the portfolio campaigns. 
  •  Work closely with relevant parties for process and/or system enhancement required to in comply with any government or company direction. 
  •  Manage A&P expenses and ensure campaigns/programs and processes are executed effectively and efficiently
  •  Evaluate Profit & Loss impact on

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, in finance, business administration.
  • 3 years minimum experience in Credit Card Portfolio, Credit card, banking or financial services.
  • Understanding in Customer’s behaviour.
  • Familiar with Credit Risk Assessments.
  • Able to design implement marketing strategies to drive portfolio.
