Key Responsibilities:
Accounts:
• Prepare, process, and maintain full set of accounts, including bank reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and other general ledger activities.
• Handle tax filings and compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements for month-end and year-end closing
• Liaise with external auditors during audits.
HR (Human Resources):
• Assist in the recruitment process for new employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR data is up to date.
• Maintain the payroll system and ensure accurate processing of salaries, claims and benefits.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory contributions and reports, including EPF, SOCSO, and income tax.
Admin:
• Coordinate and manage office supplies and office maintenance.
• Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and maintain office-related documentation and reports.
• Assist daily operational duties and performing ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time
What we're looking for
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong command of English.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting
• Knowledge or hands-on experience/training in E-Invoicing is a plus.
• Working knowledge of statutory requirements, transfer pricing, tax computation and SST.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and any accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
