Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support business decision-making through accurate financial reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements, and records.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare SST filing with guidance.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Maintain an organized financial filing system and ensure data integrity.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
- Perform account reconciliations and generate financial reports.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Degree/Professional Certificate/Master Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCount accounting software.
