 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage to install, configuration, maintain and support customer on network router, switches, firewall, wireless, voice and other network appliances related.
• Provide level-1/2 of troubleshooting of all network related incidents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems whenever possible
• Monitor and maintain network performance and availability.
• Manage Ticketing system.
• Perform onsite and remote support for customers.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and prepare service reports.
• Assist in network implementation, migration, and upgrade projects.
• Identify and analyze hardware, software and network-related problems.
• Assist the Sales Team with technical inquiries and solution recommendations.
• Update and maintain IT documentation, report status and escalate issues to management.
• Provide support to maintain and meet all customer service level agreements (SLA).
• Support project deployment and delivery activities.
• Provide prompt responses and good commucation skills to customers.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Professional Certificate/Master Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of networking, routing, switching, firewall, and wireless technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Able to respond promptly and work under pressure.
• Good time management and multitasking skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to learn new technologies and solutions.
• Willing to travel for onsite support when required.
• Possess own transport and a valid driving license (preferred).
• Professional certifications (CCNA, NSE, HCIA, etc.) will be an added advantage.
